Together with Cinema Ensemble I have the pleasure of fixing the first Polish projection of the legendary Reel Rock Film Tour. This year's edition, being the sixth one, includes six short, but nonetheless very exciting, climbing movies. Just watch the trailer...
The projection in Warsaw will take place on 16th February 2012. We are still working on details concerning ticket prices and location, so be sure to check Reel Rock Tour 2011 Poland website regulary for more info.

After three months in India I finally returned to Poland. The trip tired me a bit, but Poland is even more tiring, so after three weeks of stay here I'm already up for another journey. But as I've started to study sinology that will have to wait for at least four months.

Starting from 8th August exhibition of photographs from "the Other Afghanistan" will be displayed in Traffic Club (ul Bracka 25, Warsaw). Photos will stay there for a month. It is a selection of 15 best photographs from the set shown in previous month in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. Entrance is free.
I have also finally started to write a blog (in English), which you can find here. Currently it deals with my present trip to India, but I want to make it a regular thing dealing not only with travels or photography, but also with culture, technology or society.

Twomyarticles have been published in the latest edition (1/2011) of the "Taternik" quaterly. The first article deals with the mounaineering expedition to Afghanistan from the year 2010. The other tells the history of the last 10 years of climbing in the Wakhan Corridor. You can buy the magazine in the EMPIK network in Poland or download electronic version at "Taternik" website.
"Taternik" is the oldest Polish mountaineering magazine. It has been published since 1907.
